And the number of people living in small tribes and regardless of their original religion is estimated to be 585,571
Independence:-The people of Angola have been trading in the exchange as immigrants since the 15th century. After that, they settled in Luanda, and from 1655 Portugal occupied all the lands that had been ruled by herds of small villages. Later in 1951, Angola was annexed as a foreign province of Portugal. Then came the independence struggle in Angola. And it ended with a leftist army and a left-wing uprising. Angola finally gained independence in 1975 through the Alvor Treaty. The civil wars in Angola began before independence and continued even after independence, ending in 2002. Angola gained independence on 11 November 1975. Every year on 11 November Flag Day is celebrated by the people of Angola.
Provinces or States:-Angola has 18 main provinces (states are commonly referred to as provinces) and 168 municipalities. Again these 168 municipalities were divided into 618 communes (communes means colonies where people live in groups, which are used for local governance).
Type of Governance:-According to the new constitution in this country, a president can only run twice, not counting the number of times he has been elected president before. New changes were made to the constitution under the new constitution, the most important of which was the abolition of the post of Prime Minister and the appointment of a Vice President in its place, The MPLA party is currently in power.
